How to order your site,

If you have applied for a site and we have contacted you to provide you with a link to our Online Booking Store - the booking process is:

1.  Follow the link that we emailed you.

2.  Select which region of the market your site is usually in (or the region that we have offered you within the email) and the relevant stall size, type with or without car space.

3.  Select the months that you want to attend.

4.  Once you have added your site to the cart, you can check out or keep booking.

You don't pay online or pay at the time: You have 48 hours to confirm your booking by making a direct debit (details will be given to you at checkout and via an automated email).

Once you place an order for a site you are indicating that you agree to our updated Terms & Conditions

Service Update - As from May 2023 market stallholder information and location will be sent by SMS with links to the latest stall holder information for the next market and the list of where each stallholder is located.


The SMS will arrive between 9am and 10am on the Thursday morning before every market. A similar message will also be sent to your email address. Also a list of stallholders will be added to the market website at the same time.
Payment: Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking. No payments (cash or otherwise) can be accepted on the day.

Booking deadline: Sites sell out many months in advance.

Cancellation deadline: 5pm Friday week prior to each market. This ensures we don't have empty sites at the Market. Must be in writing.

 
Cancellation credit policy: We will happily credit your site booking to a future market.

No Show: If you book and don't turn up, without having made a cancellation in writing prior to 5pm on the Friday week prior unfortunately you have forfeited your site fee.
