The Warrandyte Riverside Market Is held 12 times a year. The market is held on the first Saturday of each month (except January) with an additional Christmas market on the third Saturday in December. The market operating hours are 8am to 1pm.

The market is held on the banks of the magnificent Yarra River in an area named Stiggants Reserve.

The market has a maximum of 180 sites available and most markets present the maximum number of stall holders to our visitors.

 

It is one of the largest community markets in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The market is operated by the Warrandyte Riverside Market Inc. a committee of five local not-for-profit groups. The profits from the market are put back into the local community on a regular basis.

The market is professionally managed and operates under licence to the Manningham City Council.

​

The market is serviced by four PTV bus routes with a bus stop at the entrance to the market.

​

For each market the market office is located in the Stiggant Street car park. Also in the car park area is access to public toilets, St John First Aid unit, disabled car parking and a pick up and drop off area.

 

There is no general public car parking available during a market in the public car park.
