The Warrandyte Riverside Market is managed by a Committee of Management for the community of the Greater Warrandyte area with net proceeds being returned to the community on a regular basis through sponsorships and grants and partner payments. Please email buskers@warrandyteriversidemarket.com.au tell us a bit about yourself, whether you need power or other facilities, the dates you would like to busk. Checkout the market dates on this web site.
We can provide power, and subject to how many applications we have received for a market we will ask you to perform starting around 9.30am for a few hours.
Also remember that if your are using an amplifier your volume must be kept low to avoid stallholder and visitor complaints about being too loud. Visitors and stallholders must be able to hold normal level conversations around you.
You are welcome to 'put your hat out'.
And we LOVE young buskers too!
Once approved you will be supplied with a time for your busking. You will receive your location once you check-in at the market office on arrival. We will also inform our Insurers that you will be performing.
